Chase Outlook

Chase outlook is simply just a % number of what I think the chance of myself is chasing on the upcoming days.  Mileage, severe of storms, costs, etc will all be factored in.  For now, I am going to stick to a 7 day forecast, however confidence is greatly reduced after day 2.  These are issued on a as avilable basis.
